Olivier Van Neste (born January 19, 1975, in Oostende, Belgium) is an impressionistic painter. Working with traditional watercolor on cold-pressed cotton paper, he is best known for his landscapes and seascapes, primarily realized in small to medium-sized formats. His work is characterized by a restrained use of washes and a reduced visual language, with an emphasis on atmosphere, light, and stillness within coastal and oceanic environments.
