THE CHALLENGE
After a decade in corporate pharmaceutical recruitment, founder Brieu Baeckeroot wanted to launch an independent practice. The challenge: positioning a new boutique firm to compete against established recruitment giants while building trust with demanding biotech executives who needed specialized expertise, not generic headhunting.
