A boutique pet relocation agency specializing in international moves for expat families and corporate relocations. Founded by Chantal Bijl, Flying Dutch Pets provides personalized, stress-free pet transport services with a focus on care, transparency, and expert guidance through complex international regulations.
THE CHALLENGE
Chantal needed to establish Flying Dutch Pets as a premium alternative to impersonal logistics companies that treat pets as cargo. The challenge was positioning a new boutique agency to compete against established competitors while communicating both expertise and emotional care. The existing digital presence didn't convey the personal, worry-free service that anxious pet owners needed when facing international relocations.
THE STRATEGIC APPROACH
Through discovery workshops, we positioned Flying Dutch Pets around "personal guidance" and emotional relief—the caring alternative to corporate pet logistics. We developed brand foundations emphasizing trust, clarity, and the "going the extra mile" philosophy. The website architecture balanced informational needs (country requirements, documentation, processes) with emotional reassurance, featuring clear package options, transparent pricing, and multiple contact points to reduce anxiety.
